Different Collation for searches and sorting?

    Hello everyone,

    I was wondering if it is possible to define a different set of “rules” (options) for the collation for searching and another set for sorting?

    Here’s a particular example.

    Suppose I store some data in french, which has accents. When people would be doing full text search, it would be great if “Montreal” would get me a hit on "Motr
