  • 1.  Difference in sudo and sudo_ids rpms?

    Can anyone tell me the difference between the sudo and sudo_ids rpm packages?  Functionally we don't see any difference in the packages.

    Hi Bryan,

    the sudo_ids package must be used when you use the idsldap.rpm package. The standard sudo package has problems when used with idsldap.rpm

    Sudo is built with openldap and sudo_ids is built with ibmldap (IBM Directory Server).
