Developers Edition install

    I'm trying to get Orchestrate Developers Edition installed for a local copy of Orchestrate.  I need to install on win 2019 server

    I have ubuntu installed in WSL

    Any reason why I'm getting the following error?:

    PS C:\orchestrate\developer> orchestrate server start -e .env
    [INFO] - Auto-detecting local IP address for async tool callbacks...
    [INFO] - Auto-configured CALLBACK_HOST_URL to: http://10.0.0.204:4321
    [WARNING] - WSL optional component not fully enabled. Installing missing components...
    [ERROR] - Failed to install WSL automatically: Command '['wsl.exe', '--install', '--no-distribution']' returned non-zero exit status 4294967295.
