How is Deskside Support personal computers different from the Workspace personal computers in the volume configuration for IT Benchmarking?

Hi @Sarah Meldrum, I'm sorry to say, but I don't have the same issue.

I have the same number of computers for Workspace, End User Software and Deskside Support. I cannot recall making any manual updates here either.

@Sarah Meldrum both of those sub-towers would have the total number of PCs (desktops + laptops) in the values section.  You would also have the same value in the FTEs section for those 2 sub-towers, most likely.   

As far as the difference in the two, please review the definitions found in the ATUM product page.  Here is the link to the TBM Taxonomy v2.1 definitions.
