    Although it really difficult to explain in written without diagram.
    We are using (Primary Site) HA for each tier from LBR,Web Server, Application Server,DB RAC and SAN with redundant Network. No chance of Fail over.

    We want to design a DR Solution having each tier as it is but incase if in Primary side all Web Server fails, is it possible only DR Site Web Server utilized and rest of the Primary Tier utilized as it and same is the case of Application Servers and other Tiers.

    In conclusion Primary Side used totally, only if any Tier totally failed in Primary like Web Server, Application Server,DB RAC/SAN, that tier will be served from DR Side without failing the sessions and rest will be utilized from primary.
    More like Mesh Topology.
