By selecting optimize locally for a process model, will all steps in the model start and finish on the same integration server in a cluster environment? If not is there a way to configure all steps in the process model to start and finish on the same IS in the cluster environment?

The process model saves data on the file system in one step and reads this data in another step. Each IS can’t access others files system. It will be an issue if each step in the model run on different IS in the cluster environment.

When you enable “Optimize Locally” for a process model…

Execute adjacent steps on the same Integration Server without publishing transition documents. Enabled by default.
