I signed up reserving an ODM instance (showed as 8.9) and completed this lab.  I then tried other tutorials in the ODM knowledge center.  I found I couldn't get far because the Library was missing the ability to create a new Decision Service or Import (screenshot below from ODM for Developer 8.10 instance where + and upload capabilities were present).  It didn't matter which user I logged in as (Paul the Design Center admin or Bea the Design Center user).

I poked around the ODM documentation and ODM product but couldn't find anything on the subject.  I suspect it is a permission issue.  What's the secret sauce to adding these capabilities back into the Library UI?

Daniel, this is actually a difference in version (as I believe you noted).  V8.9 does not have the same UI as V8.10.  If you want to do some other knowledge center items on that environment, please refer to the V8.9 Knowledge Center.  We have on our to do list to update this DTE tutorial with a new product image now based on 8.10.
