    Given is IS A and IS B on the same physical box.
    Both IS have the same Logical Server Name which is bound to the coresponding IS:
    on IS A the Logical Server points to IS A
    on IS B the Logical Server points to IS B

    Both IS´s are setup identical except for the Ports and the database connection (they point to different schemas)

    Deployer project contains 2 sets, one for the flow-Services and one for processmodel and generated ProcessService package.

    After having deployed the flow services to the IS, the Map for the ProcessModel checks the dependencies against the wrong server.

    If the dependencies are found on the other server, the deployment goes also to other server except for the database part which is written to the correct database.

    Any Ideas, what is going wrong here?
