I need to perform a Deming Regression (2 methods compared for getting data on several samples in laboratory, with 3 replicates for each method). I have to estimate the regression parameters following Linnet's guidelines (1990-1998), allowing to follow our ISO rules.

Does anyone know how to perform it or to code it in #SPSS Statistics (Syntax or other command) ?

Using AI, I have created Deming Regression for various codings: C++, Python, Matlab and R, in preparation for a publication.  I could let you have a copy of one of these in confidence.

I should mention that the codes are compatible with online compilers (MatLab not available)
