    Hi,

    I have 3 IBM LTO 4 drives and I get EC 6 error on all of them. I have tried everything, I have installed new cartridges, I have updated the version but the error does not go away. I need help.
    I have attached the log.

    I've tried everything that can be done. 
    I have repeatedly started a cleaning cartridge, opened the inside of the drive and cleaned the optical reader, did a version update but the problem is not fixed.
