Deleting resources ingested via file observers

    Hi,
    I have deleted the resources ingested via file observers by rerunning empty files.
    The resources are deleted but their references still exists.
    i.e. When I search for the deleted resource via resources viewer it lists it in the search result, although further clicking on that resource says that the resource no longer exists.

    How can I delete the reference too.
