    Can we delete processing rules via developer?
    if yes ,could you please advise.

    You can try using these services in steps:

    wm.tn.route:getRule (pass ruleName to get ruleID)
    wm.tn.route:delete (pass ruleID)

    But why do you want to do like this programmatically?
