Those are mostly Finance-related concepts, @Alessandro Citrigno:
1) Accounts identify a specific type of costs in the General Ledger (GL):

These vary from company to company, but your Finance team should have a file with the Chart of Accounts.
2) Cost Centers identify organizational units, e.g. divisions, departments, etc.
A specific cost item will refer to an Account and to one or more Cost Centers.
3) There is no clear-cut definition for Showback & Chargeback that I know of.
For us, Showback means you report the costs to the business, but there are no financial implications to that.
Chargeback means the costs you report end up in the BU Profit & Loss statements (P&Ls), either directly via billing (Bill of IT) or as an aggregation from Cost Transparency reports.
I am sure that there are other views. Looking forward to more input.
