Define Customer Response - Options List or Buttons - Broken?

    I've read all the literature on the training. I followed all the instructions. Yet, I cannot seem to do the simple task of creating a list in the Define Customer Response List - Options. Though the template pops up and allows me to populate a list of options... there is no way to save it. I put build the list with all the entries and all the synonyms and then nothing happens. Only navigation is the little "x" in the upper right corner. Once I do that, then everything is lost. 

    I am a newbie so maybe I'm just no holding my mouth right. 

    Any help here is appreciated. I really want to use Watson Assistant in a real work situation but I'm getting discouraged.
