    If any point of the procedure(s) attached there is unclear from your perspective, then open a case with support at https://www.ibm.com/mysupport for clarifications. Support, based on the problem description provided by you, will do its best to clarify the actions you need to perform.

    However, if you wish to have someone available on site to assist or your request is _not_ related to an actual error/problem but is just about reviewing your environment setup as is, then you need to contact IBM Services. I think a good starting point would be reach to your IBM account representative who will be able to present available options and guide you further.
