DB2 database backup problem with TSM.

    I am a DB2 DBA and we backup our databases directly to TSM. For doing this we need to set up 3 TSM variables into the .profile of the DB2 user.
    We have been using this for a longer period as all our databases will have to be backedup to the TSM. The below are the 3 TSM variables:

    1)DSMI_DIR, 2) DSMI_LOG, 3)DSMI_CONFIG

    The problem is these variables are not getting loaded when we login to that user for performing the backup.
    Initially we thought its TSM problem and checked with TSM administrators and it was fine, since the variables
    are not getting loaded the problem arises when backing up the database.
    We checked the other servers were the backup works fine these TSM variables gets loaded into memory and its working fine.

    let me know how to fix this issue.
