    I don't think so.  Have you tried?

    FWIW, just for fun, I tried to convert a VMWare DP to VirtualBox, and, though there are commands to convert VMWare images to VirtualBox and there were no errors in the conversion process, DataPower wouldn't boot.   I think there are dedicated hooks for VMWare.   But, this isn't so much a surprise, because "converting" between things like Docker, VMWare, Azure, OpenShift, etc, don't seem possible.  You would have to manually migrate.
