Hi,

After upgrade  Datapower IDG 84 to 7.6.0.18 we receive alert " 0x002E Power supply failure detected" on one of the PSU.
Both LED on Power Supply unit lights the same color which is yellow.
Is this bug?

Hi Stefan,

yellow light for power supply does seem unusual. According to the documentation, it should be either green or red.

You might want to review the mustgather document for power supply failures: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/mustgather-appliance-presents-power-supply-message-such-system-power-supply-has-failed (not for current generation, but the latest I could find).

Hi,

there is no IDG 84.

And 7.6.0 firmware had end of service in 12/2019:

So any PMR you will create will be immediately closed because you are past EOS.
Please upgrade to a supported firmware asap (2018.4.1.x or 10.0.1.y).
