Hi, We have a scenario that we hit into and wanted to see if anyone can suggest a work around. So far we have done manual uploads and our GL Raw Data file was uploaded as .XLSX. Have setup a data connector to pull Oracle Financial details now. However the the file extension is .CSV. Till Sept all the files were .xlsx and now we are pushing the .csv and Apptio is throwing an error. Tried extracting the file as-is and all data is great. Wondering if anyone ran into this scenario and if there is a way to make Apptio accept .CSV going forward instead of .xlsx without reaching out to our support team to generate .xlsx format files instead of .csv if there is no way we have to request it however it will delay our timelines. Wondering if someone faced this issue.

This is happening because the pipeline for the table is configured to expect an XLSX file. I believe you will be able to remedy the situation by manually uploading the CSV file into the pipeline once. This will reconfigure the pipeline to expect CSV, and then DataLink's uploads will be able to automate it.

Thanks Ken. This is exactly what I noticed and wanted to try. For now I have used the connector to get the file as is and checked the box "Use the file name as the Apptio destination table" and then uploaded it as an XLSX.

I will try uploading it as a .CSV and then run the connector once my immediate stakeholder meeting is complete. Thanks!
