Hi!, Our Datalink 64-bit agent service is encountering Error 1067. We are unable to restart the service or running into start/stop loop after upgraded to the latest engine version (Build 9234). We have tried to remove & restore regedit, scandisk, reinstall, and reboot the server but nothing works. We got a ticket raised but I wanted to hear if anyone does have any solution to this issue. Thanks!

I have no quick advice but you should get the help you need from Support.

Quick note to this. Issue is resolved with below steps in case anyone encounters with error 1067.

WARNING: Back-up APPTIO directory before you perform any actions.

Added ;%JAVA_HOME%\bin to system path variable.
Uninstalled original agent and renamed to backup.
Installed latest agent into a new directory c:\ApptioDataLink
Copied agent.config and config directory into the new install dir.
Verified connectors.
