In some of our connectors (D/L Classic), I had to uncheck the validation option, as the load was failing. It seems to be due to a mismatch in the columns. I need to double-check.

In any case, the Validation option is not related to the prevent check-in as requested by @Chennappa Muddammagari. I believe the option is not available in Classic.​​

In Datalink Classic the option to check-in or not is located on the connector group i.e. you will have to add connectors to a group and run the group instead of running connectors individually.  
Alternatively you can lock stage on the destination project which will stop any check-in by Datalink.  After running the connectors you can then delete the tables in the DL workspace in TBM Studio and re-enable check-ins.
