In one customer we are trying to  create a connection with a customer SFTP.

Inside the customer network using WinSCP or similar we have access but on Apptio, using the same credentials, we have  this error using the test option:



Any idea about this error?

Are you using an on-prem agent, @Mario Luque?
If using the default, Apptio-hosted one, you might be facing permission issues.
A couple of years ago I helped our Internal IT team set up an SFTP-based transfer mechanism, but I seem to recall they were using WinSCP and DataDrop.​

Was fixed after a windows re started service in the on premise server (where we have the datalinks installed)
