    Hello,

    We have datacap application machine and datacap rulerunner machine. We tried to call https web service with wsuploaddata. In datacap studio we called successfully. But, in the rulerunner machine, rulerrunner gets could not create ssl tls channel error in export_rss.log. What is the cause? Please help us.
