I applied validations for field values, I am able to see the popup but if i give invalid data it should not submit the input right their support i need.

I'm not 100% sure what your issue is, but I suspect you mean that it should not be possible to submit a field with an invalid value.

You can set fields so the validation cannot be overridden.

The action would be SetIsOverrideable("False") which can found in the RuleRunnerLogic library.  This should be run at Field Level.

If this doesn't resolve your issue can you provide some more details of you problem.
