  • 1.  Datacap custom action not loaded

    We have .dll file which was working in datacap studio and we would like to add new rules but were unable to load the action into datacap studio.

    The errors we are facing are currently this:

    Current version:

    IBM Datacap 9.1.8 iFix 02

    Build: v 9.1.8.02395

    Actions we've tried:
    After rolling back to the previous code, the custom action works.

    We tried implementing the custom action with a new but empty method, but it also fails and produces the same error.

    Any new rule that we add would produce the same error.

    We confirmed that the .dll file exists at the specific path.

    Any insights on this would be greatly appreciated!

    Can you check convert.rrx is in your current Datacap installation folder?
