Database partition strategy - IS, TN, OFI, BPM

    Hi,

    We are using following components.

    1. IS
      2)TN
      3)OFI
      4)BPM
      5)MWS

    Version: 7.1.2
    Database : Oracle 10g ( 10.2.0.1 )

    Our DB team is recommending to implement partition strategy for these components, for better management, maintenance and archival.

    If you implemented partition strategy on any/all of the above mentioned components, I would like to know.

    1. What field/column did you use as partition key for each table. I am specifically looking for bizdoc, bizdoccontent and activitylog tables in TN schema. WMPROCESSSTEP table in BPM ( Processaudit and process engine schema)

    Can you kindly suggest if you have any recommendations or share the process if you have already implemented.
