When I tried to run the map in WTX(this was built using Mercator 6.7),An error file (sybinit.err)got created and the following is the error message.

    The context allocation routine failed.

The following problem caused the failure:

    Invalid context version.

Looks like something is wrong with WTX Syabse Adapters or there is a conflict some where.
    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks

I had the same problem while attempting to connect to my Sybase DB through DID.
I had to create ODBC links instead of the Sybase connector and now it works.

    If it can help...

Looks like you may want to contact Customer Support about this connectivity issue. I'm guessing it may be something configuration related.
