  • 1.  Data vitualizaion provisioning issue

    Hi

    We installed the Data Virtualization add on . And also verified add on got deployed. But while provisioning through web interface we are not getting the Provision instance option only option we are getting is open.
    Need help to resolve this.

    What version of Cloud Pak for data are you using?
    What version of DV is installed there? kubectl -n zen describe po <zen-dv-addon-pod>
    Look for productVersion:
    Perhaps they are different versions. If that's the case then you need to delete you DV chart out of helm, kill all your dv pods, stop the DV deployment in ICP4D UI. Download the proper DV version and install that.
