I would recommend that you open a support case for this issue, if you did not already do so. There is not much information here to troubleshoot the root cause of your problem and more information or an error message is likely required. The support representative likely needs to look at the logs or tail the log files when the pair is attempted to understand what the problem might be. I've seen some issues similar to what you are reporting after a configuration restore with an EP (pri/secondary in an HA pair), but I believe HA support was added in Data Sync App version 3.1.0.

As there is not much information in this post to troubleshoot, I would suggest that a support representative review this issue in a case. If you are not using the latest version of the app, you might consider upgrading to the latest if you have an HA pair. You might be seeing a new issue and only the logs will tell us more.
