Hi all,

Does anyone have any sql or ideas on how to report on the size of all datasets?  We have SSO so we can't use the CMTools utility.

I assume you can start the CMTools locally on the Cognos server instance. Then you should able to connect to the local dispatcher with user and password.

PS: Query information from Cognos Content can be done by various tools like MOTIO, BSP or ICALT.

If you are using Cognos Analytics v12.1.1 (edited: it is working since v12.0.2), you need to do the following (it might be a partial answer, I hope it helps anyway):

You first need to login as a System Administrator.

Go to Manage, click on People then Stored data. 

You can view either User view or Storage view:
