I have seen customers using Bitbucket to maintain business mappings. When mappings are updated, an automated pipeline(Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines) checks it, validates and pushes the update to Cloudability through APIs. This is one of the best-practices for managing FinOps data, so that the reports/dashboards in Cloudability are always up to date.

Subject: Data exchange to Cloudability
We currently maintain business mappings outside of Cloudability in a spreadsheet, as there are a lot of mapping statements to maintain. We then run a script that leverage this Cloudability API to update the information to Cloudability after which we do a data reprocess.
I was wondering there there is a more robust and automated way to achieve this?
We cloud use for instance Apptio Costing (using editable table) or another data source to store the information, but as far as I can tell we can not use datalink or automated data management to import the data on for instance a schedule to Cloudability.
I would be interested in best practices around this.
