Hi Team, We have a requirement to disable the Add document button on Daeja viewer for Merge and Split Functionality - name="bar1afterButton4" . Is there a way to disable the button /change value of this param.

There is not an out of box way to hide that. Let me check further and update

We do not have an Out of box Daeja parameter to hide this button This button though it appears on the Daeja button bar implements a ICN related functionality of adding a document to the repository. You may be able to achieve this through custom plugins.

As Sudarshan pointed out, custom plugins may be the only way to achieve this. Or you can remove Add permission for the user in the repository.

It would not be useful to remove/hide Add button in the viewer when user can Add from another place in ICN.

Thanks Nanda and Sudarshan for your reply. I have implemented the plugin to hide the button.

We cannot do that from access right, since we have specific Entry templates associated for different document types and could not find a way to default choose the checkbox - Use Source Document on the page after clicking Add document button.
