We are configuring a new language in WebSEAL. Where are the message properties files located in the Virtual Appliance in order to create a new file with the localized messages?

To configure a new language in webseal v11.0.0 on the Virtual Appliance, start by accessing the LMI and navigating to the Management Root section for the target webseal instance. Within the Management Root directory, locate the pkmspublic folder, which serves as the repository for custom template files and localized resources.

To add a new language, prepare a message properties file containing all translated or localized messages required by your application. Place this file in the pkmspublic directory, ensuring it is named appropriately according to locale conventions and directly within this directory, since subdirectories are not supported. After saving the file, reference it from the relevant management or error templates to implement language-specific content.

This setup allows webseal to deliver localized messages for the new language, ensuring custom user-facing responses are shown according to configuration.
