Hi everyone, hoping to get some ideas on how to best handle a number of custom reports that only our TBM team uses.  We are upgrading to R12, and have found that we have several reports under 'Service Costing' that we use routinely, but many of them, based on the report data, could be categorized into a group/collection of reports, but I don't want everyone to have access to them. 

Any suggestions on how we can 'group' them for admin only?

Hey Kathy,

Have you explored the "Report Collections" functionality on the Projects tab within TBM Studio? This feature allows you to select report collections and specify which roles can see that report.

Additionally, when creating new reports, you have the option to specify which roles the report will be exposed to, for example, Admins vs Business Users vs Finance Users.

Depending on how your security is set up currently, this may not require much additional effort, just identifying which reports you'd like to segregate, and getting the right folks in the group.

Another thing to keep in mind is the upcoming 12.7 release, where the reports permissions functionality will be addressed to be simplified and made easier to manage.
