  • 1.  Custom Entry template not able to declare document as record

    Hi Team,

    I have created one custom entry template for declaring document using entry template. But the declare button disables. With default entry template, the document gets declared.

    But with custom entry template, the document is not declared and the layout is also not in proper format.

    Could you please help us with this issue.

    What is a custom entry template vs a document/folder ET?

    Is it a document ET w/ a custom layout?
