I have a project requirements to use CUPS for AIX for printing, I was able to install CUPS and add a printer successfully. However, when I tried to submit a print job (pdf file), I got this "Unsupported document-format "application/pdf"". I checked the /opt/freeware/share/cups/mime.types and I see application/pdf listed there. I've search the web, and found that I need the cups-filter package installed. However, AIX toolbox does not have the cups-filter package. So I was wondering if someone in this forum had face similar issue and found a work around or may have cups-filter package available. The only option I have right now is to compile cups-filter.

Any help or info you can provide is greatly appreciated.
