Hi Armand,
I can recreate the same error in PAW 2.0.78 by uploading an invalid zip file, such as a zip file of JPEG. I am not saying that you have uploaded an invalid zip file.
An invalid file is just one way to create the error message. I have my error message in the attached file.
If you want to test whether the issue is related to the zip file or not, I recommend that you download the default theme call "System default", rename the zip file without modification, and then upload it to PAW.
If you still get an error message, I suspect that the issue is not related to the zip file.
I hope this testing helps you with your investigation. Good luck!
Best regards,
Kong

Subject: Creating Custom Themes PAW V77.1
Hi All
I have followed the instructions in the user guide to create a custom theme in PAW by modifying the JSON file.
When I try to import that I get the following error

There are no underscores in the name of the zip file, and the size is well below 32MB.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
Thanks
