I've created a new project but only 3 components are installed (Apptio Value Explorer, CT-Quality and CT-Cost Source). When I install others (e.g. Labor, IT Towers) the "Install" button is suppressed but it doesn't install. I've made Project changes but haven't set time settings just yet.

I haven't done that for at least 4 years. Let's see what Apptio engineers might say about it...

Hey @Corey Huguley - This does sound like it needs a support ticket. I would check what version in Apptio you are on. Make sure the project was installed correctly: time was configurated and checked in, bootstrap is in the check in history, review what the project was created as (access administration).

Hi Corey, In my experience you need to set the project time settings AND check them in before you can add any additional components.
