    Can anyone suggest how to create dropdown in Apptio BI? 
    Ex: One Dropdown/Slicer contains multiple values to select.

    Click on the 3 dots top right '...' in your ApptioBI report - 'Manage Report Filters' ,

    and select the appropriate datasource/view then '+Add Dimension' (field)
