    Hi Team.

    I would like to know from which environment you can use to develop an application using mainframe technology such as COBOL+DB2+CICS, and deploy it so user can use it. 

    Is this possible?

    While we do not provide CICS/DB2 development options, you can update you skills with the IBM Z Xplore platform, which provides a free zOS environment to try things out (within limits!)
