I’m attempting to create a CSV file for one of my databases in DOORS 9.5. However, I’ve read about people importing data from an already made CSV file. What I want to do is make one that I can open outside of DOORS as well. What do I do? 

The way I figured it out was by making a blank CSV file (from something basic like Notepad) and then exporting the data by using File->Export->Spreadsheet and browsing to the CSV file I made. It'll overwrite the data from that file.
