    Hi, Getting this error frequently while saving,open or doing any changes at developer . “Could not save properties
    [ITU.0001.0003] The system cannot find the specified file.” Is there any installation or user permission kind of issue,please suggest.

    Hi Chandan ,

    Please verify if the template files are present inside the developer installation folder.
    i.e. check inside “Developer\templates” folder.

    replace it’s contents with the content of a working webMethods developer folder and then try.

    Secondly also verify if you have proper access to edit the service or not.

    Please reply if this resolves your issue.

    Could you list what you can find under <WM_DIR>/Developer/config folder?

    From when are you facing this issue? Did it work before? wM version?

    @Rakesh,This issue is only with specific user. Verified the access privilege with similar user and it looks good. I’m not sure about your first option…is there any impact to work space or other user while replacing the ‘templates’ file ? please provide your findings, if any .
