The application and software we supply is all based around giving care in clients homes, these visits can change, be amended and be cancelled so it's important that notifications are popping up to let the end user know there are changes.
Is there an app I can use in the short term to try and rectify this, I've sold them on the benefits of maas360 but this is backing me in a corner ever so slightly.

Hi Philip
Android OS does not allow badge count indicators when locked down to a specific UI (or when in COSU mode).
We have got quite a number of requests around this. Could you explain your use-cases such as apps on which you would like to have badge count notifications or something similar? We have heard of support for dialer app (for missed call notifications) and email apps for unread emails. Do you have any new use cases that you want us to support?
Thanks
