    Hi,

I have been trying to enrol devices using android enterprise and have been throughly impressed by the speed and simplicity of this, however once inside cosu(kiosk mode) nfc is not doing what I need as it seems to be blocked behind the pinned screen. On normal enrolment and kiosk mode this is not an issue and if I exit kiosk mode there is no issue with NFC.

The NFC is used to swipe a RFID tag that has a mime type and unique number (it is used for field staff to clock in/out at locations where the tag is located.

Does anybody know what I can do to get NFC working?

    Hi Philip
In my experience there is usually a need to white-list applications on which the kiosk mode has dependencies. For this I would expect NFC, Bluetooth, and the application(s) that is/are being used for the clock-in/out functions. You can put these app ID's in the field "App IDs for whitelisted Apps" and you would find the relevant app ID's by doing the following:
    - Going to Apps Installed on one of the devices where you want to apply this mode
    - Look for the app ID's for NFC and Bluetooth functions. These are usually specific to the manufacturer so are different for each manufacturer. If you can't find them in here please look at the list of apps in the Settings menu directly on the device, remembering to display all apps not just Store.
    - Apply changes, publish policy, check device has new policy version number, and test.
