  • 1.  Cost YTD Carrying Forward?

    Does anyone know how to prevent Total Spend  YTD from carrying to months that haven't occurred yet on a line chart?  In the example below, we have YTD cost through March so I would like to prevent the Total Spend YTD line from going@ past March.  See screenshot below for example.  @Josh Koziel @Abra McCollum

    On the data tab, select Cost Source Master Data.  On the appends datasets that support actuals use the drop down box on the overview tab and disable copy forward.

    After disabling copy forward, if the line chart suddenly drops to zero for April-December, check this thread for details.

    @Michelle McGuire are your instructions above for the R11 environment?  I'm not able to follow that path in R12.

    Yes it is.  I don't know how to do it in R12.
