  • 1.  Copy/Paste Images OK?

    Is it ok to use copy/paste in the Documentation section?  I'm concerned if the creator of the documentation leaves the company, that we will lose the images unless they are saved as an attachment. Is this a valid concern?

    Karen,

    When an item (say a screenshot) is pasted into the documentation tab it creates an attachment. That attachment is retained in the BWL system. So, it will still be available if the creators account is archived.
