We have multiple projects within our environment, shown below: CT, Custom Environment (OCTO), and Agile Insights.  We are trying to create a custom landing page so that all projects will have the same appearance when end users log in.  We have created the report in OCTO, but need to move it to the other 2.  Is there a way to copy and paste a report between projects or is a report build in every project the only option?

Yes you can copy report components between projects

First, go into TBM Studio. Check out the report in OCTO, then select "Copy All Report Components" from the menu bar:

Now, select the Agile Insights project. Note that the copied report components are still available in this project. You would create a new report, then paste the report components to that report in the Agile Insights project. Follow the same steps to create in Cost Transparency. Once you have created the report in each project, you will also need to make sure that the Params tables are updated to point to the new page as the landing page for each project.
