    I have doubt, how can we convert a idoc xml file to xml file? Is there any built in services or do i need to write logic for it?

    Can you explain your use case? Are you trying to get any data out of the IDOC XML?

    I agree - could you please explain the task in more details?

    WmSAP offers the pub.sap.idoc:encode and pub.sap.idoc:decode services to convert IDocs into the IDoc XML format,
    and the services pub.sap.idoc:encodeString and pub.sap.idoc:decodeString to convert IDocs into the file port format.

    Hi Anna,

    I believe you are asking about the mapping IDOC fields to xml fields?

    I may be wrong here but last time when i worked on IDOC’s on 8.0 Version on webMethods there were no utilities we used to write custom code for mapping.
