I have created below report which has sections divided by stock item and also Groups by Item Code. Initially I created Group header but now I need to remove the group header and make page header. I am not sure how to do it. Could anyone help me ?

What you actually created is a "section" to orient your data by Item.  To "unsection" what you created, hover over and click to select the box containing the Item field at the top of your list.  In the screenshot below I sectioned the data using a field called BUSINESS_PARTNER_ID (PO HDR) but for all intents and purposes called it Item as in your example.

In the pop-up menu that appears, after clicking on the box containing your "section", click Section/Unsection.  It will restore that field as being a part of your traditional list again.

Note that after unsectioning the data with that field, you will likely still see the icon next to the field name in your list indicating that it's still "grouped" by that field.  This is because "sectioning" is inherently also a type of grouping, so the grouping aspect is still there.  To remove the grouping as well, click any of the value fields where the field exists in your list (again in your example it's where Item is shown).  From the same pop-up menu click the Group/Ungroup button.
