Is there a command to convert PDF files into Word files or it could be done just using a third part like a website that does this?

Sadly, I am not aware of any commands to convert PDF files into Word files - will look into that for you though. 

I have use Adobe Acrobat before to convert PDFs into word files but it is a premium feature - https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/pdf-to-word-doc-converter.html

Will get back to you on commands or any other solutions.
